How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free worldwide. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, regardless of where your magical mail is being delivered.
Why is the price showing in a different currency?
Prices are displayed according to the country currently selected on our website. If the currency shown is incorrect, use the country selector in the top-right corner of the website. On mobile, you can find it inside the main menu.
If you are sending the adventure as a gift to someone in another country, please select the country where the magical mail will be delivered. You will be able to review the delivery address and final total before confirming payment.
What age is this adventure designed for?
The Christmas Mystery is designed primarily for children aged 4 to 8.
Younger children will need a grown-up to read the story and enjoy the clues and activities with them. Older children who still love Christmas magic, imaginative stories and solving mysteries may enjoy the adventure too.
Every child is different, so we recommend considering their interests and reading confidence when choosing. Adult supervision is recommended.
What do the clues and puzzles lead to?
Each puzzle reveals a new clue connected to the story. Across the four monthly deliveries, the clues build upon one another as your child helps Santa investigate the disappearance of the Nice List.
The adventure reaches its conclusion in December, when the mystery is finally solved and your child discovers how their help contributed to saving Christmas.
Whose name should I enter in the delivery details?
Please enter the name of an adult associated with the delivery address — ideally the name displayed on the mailbox or doorbell. This helps ensure that the magical mail arrives safely.
The child’s name should be entered separately in the personalization section on the product page. This is the name we will use to personalize the adventure.
